These terms apply to everyone who uses SellCraz (www.sellcraz.com), a live auction marketplace operated by StudioCb Private Limited, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("SellCraz", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using SellCraz you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our community guidelines. Sellers also agree to the seller terms.

1. Pilot status and CrazCash

SellCraz is currently a pilot. Bids, purchases and balances use CrazCash, virtual coins that have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred outside SellCraz or exchanged for money. Top-ups shown in the app are simulated. We will update these terms, and tell you in the app, before any real-money payments are introduced.

2. Who can use SellCraz

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in email and any password secure.

3. Our role

SellCraz is a marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Sellers list, describe and ship their own items and are responsible for them. We verify sellers before they can go live, run the auctions, and handle reports and disputes, but we are not the seller of items listed by others.

4. Bidding and buying

A bid is a binding offer to buy the lot at that amount if you are the highest bidder when the timer ends.
Bids placed in the final seconds extend the timer (anti-snipe), so every bidder gets a fair chance to respond.
Buy Now purchases complete immediately at the listed price.
An amount equal to your leading bid may be held from your balance until you are outbid or the lot settles. Daily spending limits may apply.
You may not bid on your own lots, bid on behalf of a seller to raise prices (shill bidding), or use automated tools to bid.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is arranged by the seller. If an item does not arrive or is not as described, see returns and refunds.

6. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you post (chat messages, profile details, images). You give us a licence to display it on SellCraz so the service works. You must not post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or that shares contact or payment details to take a sale off the platform. We may remove content, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or our community guidelines.

7. Prohibited items

Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, unsafe or restricted items may not be listed, including weapons, drugs, wildlife products, and anything the law of India prohibits for sale. We may remove listings and cancel lots that break this rule.

8. Availability

We work to keep SellCraz running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Live streams depend on your connection and the seller's. We may change or pause features, especially during the pilot.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, SellCraz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of sellers or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using SellCraz at any time and ask us to delete your account through the grievance officer. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any complaint with our grievance officer first. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you in the app about significant changes.
