SellCraz is a live-auction marketplace built on trust between sellers and buyers. These guidelines exist to keep every live show safe, fair and enjoyable. They apply to everyone - sellers, bidders and viewers - everywhere on the platform: live video, chat, listings, profiles and messages. By using SellCraz you agree to follow them. Breaking them can lead to lots being removed, shows being ended, features being restricted, or accounts being suspended or permanently banned. Serious violations may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.
Describe every item truthfully - condition, size, materials, brand, authenticity and any flaws. Show the actual item on your live stream, not stock photos or a different unit. Counterfeit, replica, fake-branded, stolen, smuggled or misrepresented goods are strictly prohibited. If an item is used or damaged, say so clearly before the auction starts.
Every bid is a real, binding commitment to buy at that price. Do not place bids you do not intend to honour. Shill bidding (bidding on your own lots or arranging others to inflate prices), bid manipulation, and colluding to fix outcomes are not allowed. Retracting or dodging payment after winning is a serious violation.
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, threats, doxxing, or discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability or origin. No nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or shocking content on streams or in chat. Keep language civil - this is a public marketplace, not a place to abuse others.
You may not list or sell: weapons, ammunition or explosives; illegal drugs, tobacco, vaping products or alcohol; live animals or animal parts from protected species; human remains or bodily fluids; hazardous or recalled materials; prescription medicines or medical devices; counterfeit currency or documents; adult or sexually explicit items; and anything whose sale is illegal under Indian law. When in doubt, do not list it.
Complete sales through SellCraz. Do not ask buyers or sellers to pay or communicate off-platform, share bank details in chat, or route around the platform's settlement. This protects both sides and lets us support you if something goes wrong.
Do not share anyone's personal information - phone numbers, addresses, IDs or photos - without their consent. Do not record, screenshot or re-post other users' streams to harass or defame them. Handle any delivery details you receive only for fulfilling that order.
Sellers must dispatch won items promptly and accurately, and keep buyers updated. Payouts are released to sellers only after successful delivery, net of commission and delivery charges. Repeated non-delivery, late dispatch, or sending the wrong item will lead to penalties and removal.
No misleading promotions, fake giveaways, phishing links, pyramid or referral abuse, or bots. Do not impersonate SellCraz staff, other sellers, or brands.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, tax (GST where applicable), and import/export rules. Misuse of the platform - including fraud, money laundering, or sale of prohibited goods - may be reported to the authorities and can lead to prosecution.
