These seller terms apply to anyone who applies to sell on SellCraz, a live-auction marketplace operated by StudioCb Private Limited. By submitting a seller application you agree to the terms below.
Every seller is reviewed and approved manually before they can go live. We may ask for additional documents (business registration, PAN, GST, Aadhaar for individuals, or address proof) and may approve, reject, or revoke seller access at our discretion.
You confirm that all details you submit are true and that you are authorised to sell the items you list, whether as a registered business or as an individual. Providing false information may lead to rejection, suspension, or removal.
SellCraz currently runs on virtual coins, not real money. There are no payouts, settlements, or cash transactions during the pilot. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
You may only list items you legally own and are permitted to sell. Prohibited, counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or infringing items are not allowed. You are responsible for accurate descriptions and images of every lot.
You must run auctions fairly, honour the outcome of each lot, and not manipulate bids, shill-bid, or mislead viewers. You are responsible for the content you broadcast and any claims you make on stream.
You agree to comply with applicable Indian laws, including consumer-protection, tax, and IT rules. For individual sellers, we collect identity details (such as PAN and Aadhaar) solely to verify you and meet these obligations.
Verification details are stored securely and used only to review your application and operate the marketplace. We do not display sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar publicly.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of seller features after an update means you accept the revised terms.
